Rappelez-vous que le choix des actions n’est qu’un bout d’une stratégie patrimoniale. L’investisseur heureux préconise une diversification maximale, en terme de classes d’actifs (monétaire, obligataire, immobilier, actions…), zones géographiques et secteurs.

Bonjour Philippe,
vous vous souvenez que je piste les meilleurs rendements et, à ce titre, je suis intéressé par connaître le rendement du CAC40 en tant que base de comparaison.
La composition du CAC40 étant fluctuante (elle s’ajuste en fonction des capitalisations boursières respectives), il est difficile de calculer le rendement, indicateur que l’on ne trouve d’ailleurs pas sur les sites boursiers usuels.
Je me suis fendu de la feuille de calcul qui permet de calculer le rendement à partir des cours (à relever) et de la pondération (à ajuster).
La pondération peut être trouvée sur le site d’Euronext lien
Pour information, si celà vous intéresse, le rendement du CAC40 sur les dividendes de l’exercice 2009 est le suivant pour les derniers mois :
fin mars : 3.27% ; fin avril 3.37% ; fin mai : 3.61%
Parenthèse : je trouve que ce rendement n’est pas très élevé, comme quoi le marché n’est pas forcément doté d’un fort potentiel de rebond, d’autant moins que les perspectives de croissance sont modestes au vu de l’impact présumé du poids des dettes publiques qui entachera la croissance des pays développés.

Bonjour Jean-Marc,

Il y a peut-être plus simple.

Regardez le tracker iShares MSCI France Index, lien.

Vous avez le rendement sur dividendes affichés direct sur le site. Ici de 3,01% au 28/5/2010.

Cela diffère de vos résultats, à voir si c’est le rendement TTM 12 mois glissants) ou futurs.

J’avoue ne pas trop regarder le Yield du CAC40, par contre je regarde chaque semaine celui du S&P500;, sur le site DecisionPoint (la paternité de ce lien revient à Loic Abadie, dans son ouvrage sur la crise financière).

Sur le RDT sur dividendes élévé ou non en France, il faudrait pouvoir comparer avec le RDT sur dividendes historiques. Je n’ai pas d’avis sur la chereté du marché ou non.
